Fitness/Health Experience:

I was raised by parents who saw fitness as a priority and were competitive power lifters. I was raised following suit and was a gymnast for 9 years, learning about athletic discipline and training. After my departure from gymnastics I joined my high school Volleyball team. As I have grown older I have discovered alpine skiing, yoga, endurance racing, and weight training as passions in keeping healthy and fit. I have also participated in many endurance races, such as 5K, 7K, Half Marathon and Marathon events.

Physical Education & Health Mission:

My passion is sharing this message of healthy living and fitness with my students so that they can live a healthy life. To do this I will be following the district curriculum for Physical Education with my Middle School students, the Fitness for Life curriculum for my High School students and the Health Curriculum with all students.
